Each individual has specific needs that must be taken into account when putting together a survival kit. Here are some examples of items to include based on personal needs:- Medications: If you are taking regular medication, it is important to carry a sufficient supply for several days.
- Eyeglasses: bring an extra pair in case of loss or breakage.
- Important documents: photocopy of passport, driving license, identity card, etc.
- Comfort items: inflatable pillow, light blanket, earplugs, etc.
